We are currently hiring Apartment Leasing Consultants for the upcoming rental season. We are looking for the right candidates to join our team and gain experience in an up tempo, fast paced sales environment in the real estate industry.

You will help our clients find their next apartment by researching our inventory and providing tours of our available apartments in dynamic neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, Gold Coast, Edgewater and more! Each appointment will offer you great opportunities to not only learn about the industry, but the potential to earn a lot of money. We offer a great work environment with a supportive team. You must be a people person, willing to work hard, and have an open mind about learning the tools of the trade.

This SALES position REQUIRES a car with a valid driver's license, a SALES focus, insurance, cell phone, the ability to work weekends, and confidence is a must! Full-time positions are available.

We offer a competitive commission pay scale and a management team dedicated to helping you succeed! While your income potential is unlimited and determined by you, our average first year consultants AVERAGE $40,000-$50,000 in commission annually. Advancement opportunities with the potential to earn bonuses are available.
