Evening Operations Associate (Warehouse/Tech/Startup)

Rinse (www.rinse.com) is a rapidly growing dry cleaning and laundry delivery startup serving many cities! Our Operations Associates cover a diverse mixture of job duties while working onsite at our Boston Warehouse.

About the Role

As a member of our Operations team, you will ensure that customer orders are accurate, up to Rinse quality standards, and delivered on time. This role has significant upside for exceptional performers who are motivated to learn quickly and want to work for a company committed to their professional development.

In this role, you will

Join our cross-trained team to execute all aspects of Rinse's operations. You’ll learn to perform quality control on customer orders, perform inventory control, dispatch delivery drivers, troubleshoot any delivery issues, and support our delivery driver team.

Coordinate with Customer Care team and Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Identify and analyze operational challenges and come up with creative solutions to help streamline operations.

Create and implement effective procedures that support Bay Area operational efforts.

Have a drivers license with a clean driving record

Can lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Full Time: Candidates will be working 5 shifts a week (Flexible days). This includes weekend shifts (required)

Shifts are 4:00PM - 12:00AM

$19/hr ($18/hr training wage for first 30 days), 2 weeks of which will be delivery driver training

Our office is conveniently located in Charlestown

Working with Rinse hours are in the evening. No previous experience as a transportation driver, truck driver, taxi driver, courier driver or delivery driver is necessary. We welcome those who have driven with other peer-to-peer ridesharing networks such as Uber, Munchery, Postmates, Caviar, Shyp, Luxe, Zirx. Our delivery valets come from all backgrounds and industries ranging from traditional driving and transportation industries to more customer service and creative industries.
