Stellar is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer with an IMMEDIATE start. Project will run approximately 2 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direct supervision of Foreman, HVAC Installer will assist in the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in multi-family and commercial construction. Installations will be up to code and Stellar’s rigid quality standards. Reports to assigned job site on time and ready to work.
Work Hours: 7:00am to 5:30pm with 30min lunch; Schedule is from 40 – 58 hours a week, with more hours possible
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Must have own tools required for the installation of HVAC duct and equipment
-Demonstrate willingness to work and assist team members
-Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service and communication skills
-Field measure, cut and install HVAC duct and equipment as shown on project drawings
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Work alone or in team environment
-Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
Able to perform the following duties:
-Hole Cutting - Metal & Wood
-Connecting and sealing duct
-Installation of duct and flex to code and SIS Quality Standards
-Install and properly vent bath fan
-Installation of Gas Lines
-Gas Tree Construction
-Gas Fittings, Gas Tags
-Furnace Hookups
-Refrigerant Lines
Ability to follow Safety Guidelines:
-Safely work with heights and in tight working conditions from extension and step ladders
-Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
-Ability to use safe lifting procedures
-Ability to use full range of body motion: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending and twisting.
