We are actively interviewing for a Property Manager to join our family, at San Raphael Townhomes, a 216-Unit property located in Overland. We are paying $45 - $48K Annually DOE, with awesome bonus potential, along with $30/month Blue Cross for yourself, a 401k matching component, plus give raises every year up to 5%.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Write and continually update, properties written marketing plans
Write and update collateral marketing and leasing materials
Collect and analyses market surveys produced by properties and make adjustment recommendations for market rates and specials offered
Understand and be the expert on regional trends
Listen to and evaluate calls from underperforming properties
Train, mentor and monitor training programs for all on-site leasing staff
Write and directly maintain marketing campaigns
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on marketing source performance, staff performance, property leasing goals, under-performing properties, and other reporting as needed
Monthly Analysis of marketing traffic from property website performance
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
At least 1+ year experience in apartment leasing and/or property management
At least 3+ years’ experience in marketing, investment property marketing preferred
Expert knowledge in Craigslist and social media platforms including Facebook
The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high-energy office environment
Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to positively motivate others
