We are looking for an individual who will be an enthusiastic part of our accounting team. We are an HOA management company looking for a candidate to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Position key responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of A/P - input invoices, process checks
Vendor communication
Preparing month-end reports - bank reconciliation
Scanning and filing a high volume of paperwork
Communicating directly with clients on any A/P related questions or issues
Data entry as necessary
Performing other accounting duties as assigned
Role qualifications:
Bookkeeping/accounting experience, including AP, AR, knowledge of accounting control procedures
Desire to work in fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, taking ownership for the responsibilities and ensuring accuracy
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to
learn new computer applications
Ability and desire to learn quickly
Detail-oriented and passion for getting the details right
Mentality that no job is too big or too small
Excellent customer service, with vendors, customers, and employees
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing priorities in our fast-paced environment
