CPA firm is seeking a part-time administrative assistant and light bookkeeping. Approximately 20-25 hours. Must be flexible to cover staff when needed for sick days, appointments and vacations.
The following attributes are required to succeed in this position:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Takes Initiative and Works Well Under Pressure
- Ability to Multi-Task and Has Desire to Learn
- Excellent Grammar (Written and Oral)
- Proficient with MS Office - including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient with QuickBooks
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client Assistance including Answering Phones
- Processing Mail Daily
- Document Scanning
- Tax Return Assembly (standing for several hours)
- Accounts Payable Processing
- Use of Excel Spreadsheets
- Coordinate with Service Providers
- Maintain Office - including inventory of supplies and light cleaning
- Errands – both client and office related
