Using high quality, local, fresh ingredients, Pub Republic offers lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on the weekends. We are currently hiring a P/T Accounting/HR Assistant, about 8-12 hours per week. Can be either 1099 or on payroll.
Duties/Responsibilities: QuickBooks Online entry including entering sales receipts, deposits, expenses
Accounts Payable activities, entering invoices and credits, checking statements for missing invoices and following up with vendors to reconcile accounts
Processing bill payments, weekly check runs
Cash reconciliation
New hire set up and terminations, and other light related HR administrative tasks
Processing payroll w/ADP
Reconciling bank and other general ledger accounts
Sales Tax return preparation and payments
Report preparation
Other special projects as assigned
Requirements: Minimum 1 year data entry, accounting and 2+ administrative experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Confidentiality and discretion
Available 2-3 weekdays per week, 2-3 hours per day.
