Customer Service Representative

Full Time M-F 9-5

Will need to be insurance licensed, or get licensed right away

$35,000 to start $42,500 per year to start if LICENSED, bonuses on new business written

Retirement Plan

2 weeks paid vacation

Must be proficient in standard computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, DocuSign etc.

Duties: To answer phones, take payments, send out insurance certificates, write policies and review current our clients insurance policies as they renew.

Will train new to the business employees.

Will consider Hybrid Office/Home/Work Days, but must be in the office at least 3 days a week.

We live in a great area, so looking for someone who has good phone etiquette and has great customer service skills. We like to keep the office professional but light mannered.
