Manager - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP

Job Description

• Maintain caseload of 20 direct therapy hours or otherwise determined by the Director and/or COO
• Participate in an initial multidisciplinary evaluation process to help evaluate new clients
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plan for each client
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients focusing on a variety of areas including; speech, language, feeding, and social skills
• Interact with and educate parents on helpful therapy approaches and in-home strategies to facilitate generalization of skills
• Team-base, collaborative approach for therapy planning and implementation
• Participation and training in behavior management

Qualifications

• Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Georgia with a minimum of 5 years of experience with children on the autismspectrum
• ASHA certified
• Must complete and maintain certification in CPI Training, CPR/First Aid Certified
• Strength in supervising, hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility, span-of-control, and performance
