Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist (Naples)

We are currently looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Accounts Receivable Specialist to start immediately. The primary responsibility of an accounts receivable clerk is to accurately enter payments received from clients into the firm's accounting system as well as collections of past due accounts. This will require you to check that the amount paid matches the amount billed and to post the client's payment to either legal fees or costs. In addition, sometimes client funds are placed in a client trust account for future use. There are strict rules pertaining to trust accounting, and you will be expected to master those rules to ensure the accounts are handled properly. Full time position. Fast paced busy office.

Requirements include:

-Above average typing skills

- Great deal of volume and a quick pace is required

-Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Compute and record numerical data

-Collections

-Check the accuracy of business transactions

-Perform data entry and administrative duties

-Excellent phone etiquette skills

-Professional dress and demeanor

-No criminal background

-AR/Collections background required

-Well-organized

-QuickBooks and Office 365 experience is A MUST
