Well-established family run lawn maintenance company looking for a full-time, experienced lawn maintenance laborer to join our growing team.
You will need to have 2 + years of RECENT lawn maintenance experience working with a Florida lawn company and have excellent working abilities using commercial walk-behind mowers as well as 2-cycle equipment (edgers, weedeaters, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
You must have your own transportation to and from work
You must have a clean police record
You must be responsible, dependable, and show up to work on time
You must be able to handle the Florida weather conditions including extreme heat and rain
Must be available to make up work if needed on weekends
$500 BONUS available after 90 days if certain expectations are met during that time period - determined by 30/60/90 day evaluation
