Provide customers with information regarding prices and availability of catalog and non-catalog products. Process and enter orders for products received via internet, email, phone, and mail. Answer incoming telephone calls from customers regarding label questions. Place outgoing calls to customers to obtain information necessary to verify orders.Requirements

Excellent customer service - call center: 1 year or more preferred

Data Entry: 1 year or more preferred

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to get orders processed

Attention to detail a must - will be proofing orders for accuracy and making corrections as required
