We're looking for a Content Marketing & Design Manager to join our team, and help in delivering new capabilities and value to the enterprise!As part of the Finance Functional Strategy & Enablement (FS&E) Team, the Content Marketing & Design Manager will play a key role in implementing a strategy to drive the internal narrative of Finance transformation through the lens of our change journey and future capabilities. The successful candidate for this role is digital savvy, creative, knows how to balance data and stories, loves to craft and write - and writes well, obsesses the details, is agile and has a desire to chip in to the overall employee experience. Part of the Transition Management team, this role will partner with Transition Management, Finance partners, and Enterprise Communications to develop value proposition, visual center, messaging and metrics to build awareness and adoption of Finance transformation's roadmap and journey. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You'll define the messaging, visual center and branding, customer segmentation, and content marketing strategy to build awareness and adoption of Finance transformation's roadmap and journey. You will assess audiences to ideate and generate traditional and experiential channels and content to generate demand and effectively promote transformation, in partnership with Enterprise communications. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? This Manager is a strong individual contributor role that will work in coordination with the FS&E team, Finance team, Enterprise Communications and other key partners. WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • 5-7 years of work experience with at least 4 years experience in a Content Marketing or Marketing Communications role
  • Strategic thinking and a high level of comfort in executing against short term priorities while also driving towards long term strategies
  • Proven track record to apply and perform graphic design skills including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout that is supported by a portfolio of creative art and graphic design
  • High-level experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
  • Understanding of web design and development principles and platforms (WordPress, CSS, HTML)
  • Strong bias for action - someone who thrives in dynamic environments and adept at deriving clarity out of ambiguous situations
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to consider both short term and big picture decisions
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
