It all begins with you.Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.The senior candidate will partner with Information Security and Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) business partners, policy owners, and Independent Risk Management partners to address and support WFT's ongoing adherence to Information Security and Technology policies.This candidate will be responsible for managing efforts in collaboration with partners in Information Security and Technology domains to ensure remediation activity is executed to according to policy requirements. Additionally, candidate may be accountable for conducting assessments and gathering evidence to demonstrate adequacy of risk management practices associated with policy adherence.Candidate may also perform ongoing analysis, perform monitoring/assessment activities, and produce actionable reporting that can be used to clearly articulate degrees of adherence and remediation. Must have strong hands-on background within Information Security and Technology that includes evaluation of risk, processes, controls, tools, applications, and related evidence associated with the management of technology and/or information security risk.In addition, candidate must demonstrate experience in providing and presenting senior level analysis and reporting on technology and information security control status and risks on an on-going basis.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, human capital risk, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of experience in one or combination of the following: IT systems security, business process management or human resources management; or 10+ years of financial services industry experience including 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

6+ years of information security risk management program experience with at least 3 of those years of experience within technology

5+ years of financial services industry, consulting or regulatory experience

2+ years of experience consulting on information security regulatory governance and policy adherence

Strong presentation skills

Experience working in a large enterprise environment

Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations

Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools

Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Experience successfully escalating complex issues and tracking follow-through to completion
