In this highly visible and critical role, the General Manager, OKC will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the USAF partner/customer, and overseeing all aspects associated with the site: establishment and execution of site vision and strategy, alignment with key internal and external customers, people strategy to attract, retain, and grow talent for the extended team on-site, and oversight of operations ensuring internal and external customer deliverables are met. This will include driving adherence to corporate governance, statutory compliance, and establishing procedures and processes governing all ME OKC employees (approximately 350 total Pratt & Whitney employees on-site).Direct leadership responsibilities include the F117 / F119 / F135 Heavy Maintenance Center, responsible for TAT and OTD of aftermarket module and engine production; Specialty Technologies Coatings, responsible for coating operations for new and aftermarket components; and the Warehouse Team, responsible for Materials management, including shipping, receiving, and kitting.Leadership of this group will also require close teamwork and collaboration with numerous customers and enabling organizations, including, but not limited to, each Program Management Office (PMO), ME Sustainment Operations (MESO), Quality, Engineering, ME Integrated Customer Solutions, and local HR. Establishing business deliverables, milestones throughout all phases of the business operations and recurring sustainment of the future state.Requirements:Experience leading complex, highly-matrixed organizations and managing multiple program work streams and functional partners. Able to collaborate with internal functional organizations (Program Office, Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT), Engineering, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Business Development) to determine current and future customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.Demonstrated ability influencing and managing the expectations of diverse stakeholders. Able to effectively provide senior-level briefings on performance and significant events to company and customer leadership using structured, standard reports.Experience identifying key program/project KPI’s, with the ability to identify and analyze critical issues, ensure they are acted on and elevated with a sense of urgency, and create robust operating and communication rhythms with internal and external stakeholders and customers.Develop policies and procedures to enable execution of business plans within corporate requirements and objectives.Highly process-focused and proficient in the ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) Operating System; able to leverage available tools to quickly evaluate metrics, identify root causes for key issues, assess their impact, and develop resolution options. Implement ACE Operating System and drive the control tower metrics to meet ACE Bronze/Silver/Gold criteria.Understanding of people planning, assessing, and development processes and organizational design to ensure optimal alignment, headcount numbers and allocation to ensure successful completion of large-scale programsCandidate must be able to manage infrastructure for multiple facilities and properties, including facilities partnerships with Tinker Air Force Base, and the corresponding capital budget.Ensure the businesses have complied with all regulatory requirements for Pratt & Whitney financial information reporting and disclosure requirements.Ability to travel 25-30% of yearEducation/Certifications:B.S. in Engineering and/or Business is required with a MBA or advanced degree preferredBasic Qualifications:Candidate will have 10 + years of related experience in operations management, engineering, supply or program management.Candidate with at least five (5+) years of experience with engine production and/or engine or component overhaul & repair.Candidate will be familiar with the technical / logistic field support processes, engine maintenance practices, and/or have a technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components.Strong organizational, teaming, and interpersonal skills.Detail and results-oriented with good problem solving skills and the ability to deliver on commitments while balancing strategic, business and competing priorities.Strong business acumen and demonstrated working knowledge of financial modeling.Strong verbal and written communications skills.ACE associate preferred.Familiarity with export requirements.Secret clearance and/or ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.Raytheon Technologies is An EqualOpportunity/AffirmativeAction Employer.
