Ideally a Bachelor's or an Associate’s degree, but people w/o degree will be 100% considered based on previous experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment as a Production Line SupervisorORin a similar supervisory / team lead capacity in other industries (or a similar military experience)

Ideally experience with different methodologies/concepts such as: Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc

As noted above ideally some work experience in such managerial, team lead, supervisory capacities as: production line supervisor, production line manager, production supervisor, production manager, manufacturing supervisor, manufacturing line supervisor, manufacturing manager, manufacturing line manager, manufacturing team lead, production team lead, etc, etc.
