Senior Sales Associate at Esteemed Boutique - $1k hiring bonus

Vert & Vogue boutique in downtown Durham is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate. In your role you'll create an elevated, head-to-toe, personal experience for our clients, who shop by appointment. If you are passionate about styling, creating connections with clients, and want to learn the "how" and "why" at a positive-impact B Corp, we want to meet you!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Build sales with full outfitting and styling services

Deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' needs and surpassing their expectations

Be engaged, attentive, and reliable on our sales floor

Maintain daily cleaning and organizational tasks to a high standard

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Experience in retail, sales, or personal styling, ideally in a boutique setting

Available to work Tues & Wed immediately

Must be able to work on your feet and be able to lift 25 lbs

If commuting by car - parking is available throughout downtown at public or private rates; reserved parking is not available

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$25/hr. 10:30a-7p Tues & Wed. After a successful 90 day training period, you will receive a $1k bonus.
