QUALITY INSPECTOR
SHIFT: 2ND SHIFT
WAGE: $20/HR
LOCATION: PLATTEVILLE, WI
Sedona Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Inspector in SW Wisconsin. This is a full time position available immediately. Submit your resume and wage expectations for consideration!
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct 1st piece and In-process inspection of prototype and production products.
Generate dimensional and inspection documentation results and have the ability to determine compliance to Customer requirements.
Part setup and execute CMM programs to measure machined and cast products.
Basic understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading
Use of micrometers, calipers, optical comparator and height stand.
Basic maintenance of gages, cleaning, indicator exchange, setting and verification.
Record SPC data internal to the quality department.
Perform production layer checks, line inspections, final audits and final shipping dock inspections as necessary.
Follow general safety rules and Company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 3 years experience in the Manufacturing or Quality field.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
