This site is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison, WI, as well as Chicago, IL.What you'll do:As a Commercialization Manager, you will be supporting our Jackson, WI facility. This is a fast paced position that requires high energy, but also exposes you to all different plants and groups throughout Kerry, as well as various Kerry customers and brands Are you passionate about project management? You will be continuously looking for ways to improve processes connected to the commercialization process and engaging with groups such as Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement and engineering to ensure projects are completed on time. Waste reduction will be a primary focus, as well as efficient product scale up and launch as well as communication methods and training tools to support employees involved in product commercialization. You won’t have a dull moment! You’ll be spending your time ensuring that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning is taking place and communicated and agreed upon by stakeholders, as well as assigning commercialization resources upon project approval based on complexity and production plant. Can you develop strong working relationships with all business functions involved in commercialization? Can you also collaborate effectively with commercialization managers and other project managers to ensure customer requirements are met? Are you a change agent and confident you can challenge teams to efficiently reach full commercialization with minimal waste (raw materials, packaging)? Can you lead a project from conception to completion while coaching/training and motivating team members along the way? If you answered yes, then this could be the right opportunity for you! What you'll need to be successful and safe:

Bachelor’s Degree required

5+ years of experience with project management and/or supply chain

Food/beverage industry experience preferred

Must be flexible, with strong problem solving skills

Strong communication skills
