Maintains an accurate and complete customer database in Retail RQ4 (POS). Maintains knowledge of all devices, accessories, pricing and services. Understands the features and operations of devices and educates the customer in their operation. Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all methods and procedures to include periodic updates. Activates devices through current systems. Keeps the store overall appearance neat and clean for customers. Completes store opening and closing procedures per company best practice. Maintains professional and ethical behavior with customers and employees. Protects company assets by executing all processes, procedures and marketing programs according to established company methods and procedures. Reports to work on time, ready to work (in job assignment) as scheduled by store management. Operates and reconciles assigned cash drawer within company guidelines. Processes payments for devices, accessories, and services. Assists customers in warranty issues and exchanges. Completes customer returns according to established company methods and procedures. Processes store inventory through Point Of Sale (POS) system per approved procedures. Completes all required training in a timely manner. Performs duties in a team environment while making decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and the company. Build long-term repeat relationships with customers through personal integrity, sales and product expertise Must be computer and business machine literate. 1 - 2 years sales experience (Retail or other). High school diploma or equivalent minimum. Must be 18 years of age or older. Energetic and positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Professionalism. Must be reliable and have high personal integrity. Computer skills. Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Background Investigation.

This position is currently offering 35-40 hours per week and could offer more later.
