On weeks where you work a Saturday, you get a day off during the week!Gym Membership DiscountTeledocEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunity for advancement!Responsibilities - Parts Counter Representative:Answer the phone and provide parts information such as price, availability, etc.Issue parts and accessories to service techs/mechanics for repairsAssist walk in customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehiclesUtilize the phone and internet to find the best prices for partsRetrieve and sell new and replacement automotive partsComplete sales by entering purchased items into sales/inventory system; obtaining payment; adding purchase to credit account; issuing sales receiptsMaintain parts inventory by verifying supplies; placing orders when order points are reachedStock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory systemReceive and inspect returned items; return payment; issue credit; re-pack and re-shelve items; return damaged items to supplierMaintain safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and proceduresPick up and deliver partsMaintain a clean, orderly stock room and workspaceWear company-provided uniform at all timesQualifications – Parts Counter Representative:Parts, Service, or Sales experience in the Automotive, RV, Motorsport, or Powersport industry is a plus!Minimum of one year of sales or retail experience in any industry requiredAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationProfessional personal appearance and dependable attendanceWill work on a video display terminalAbility to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a timeValid driver’s license and a good driving recordHigh School diploma or the equivalentThis is a physically demanding position: Will move throughout the parts shelves all day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory as well as standing six to eight hoursPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Applicants must pass pre-employment screeningWe are a Drug-free WorkplaceWe are an equal opportunity employer.
