The Consultation & Design Supervisor is a micro-store leader who identifies opportunities to grow the customer portfolio. They set performance goals and coach the team to provide a best-in-class consultative experience to our customers in the home, in stores, or virtually. They deploy resources to meet the needs of the micro-market. The Consultation & Design Supervisor guides the team through competing priorities and ensures execution and efficacy by conducting weekly pipeline meetings, monthly customer portfolio meetings, and quarterly performance. They also lead development conversations with the Consultation and Design (C&D) team. Additionally, they build quality relationships with customers and provide them with relevant and memorable products, services, and technology expertise. Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.

Empowers Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Designers to drive a world-class consultative customer experience through enablement of the direct to customer (D2C) strategy in their location and throughout the micro-market.

Grows the customer portfolio through coaching, developing, and validating plans for acquisition, frequency, and retention.

Drives adoption, usage, and proficiency of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Maintains a broad scope of knowledge in technology products and services, advanced relationship skills, CRM, and leadership development skills.

Supports the premium business through coaching complex selling, process management, upskilling employees, and customer's private data management.

Analyzes performance indicators against premium business strategies and goals.

Develops meaningful partnerships with Best Buy for Business, Services, and other teams to maximize customer experience.

Utilizes data, analytics, and local insights to define customer share and market opportunities. Basic Qualifications

1 year of experience as a Leader in Business, military, or related fields

2 years of experience driving profitability through sales or customer service

Ability to analyze and manage a budget (labor, expenses, revenue) Preferred Qualifications

Retail experience in consumer electronics, luxury brands, or other premium product experience

Prior experience in selection, hiring, and performance management
