Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Conference Planner - Junior for a Full Time assignment with one of our premier Research and Advisory clients in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall payment process and invoice management across our paid guest speakers, collaborating with the key stakeholders to become a superuser of our procurement tool and processes.
- Coordinate the review and edit of all marketing materials for paid guest speakers.
- Manage the external facing speaker opportunities mailbox, delivering exceptional customer service to all inquiries focused on speaking at a Client Conference.
