Our Senior Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Specialists have direct, on-the-ground expertise in planning and executing the most critical missions our country and business sectors have faced ? with current operations ongoing in the Middle East, South Asia, Afghanistan, Europe, and Africa.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required. Responsibilities:

Shall provide all-source analysis on foreign defense industries

Shall conducts analysis on the facilities, organizational structure, networks, capabilities, programs, production, and operations of foreign industrial bases

Shall support requirements for kinetic and nonkinetic targeting

Shall research all intelligence sources to identify key capabilities related to military and civilian infrastructures

Shall analyze foreign supply chain(s) supporting foreign production, maintenance and overhaul of ACWs

Shall analyze facilities, production and operations of significant foreign defense industries

Shall review current databases (MIDB and others) to identify key capabilities related to military and civilian infrastructure

Shall develop or update specialized knowledge bases of capabilities specific to military and civilian infrastructures in support of object-based production

Shall build or update knowledge base consisting of foundational data held in MIDB in addition to contextual information shared through production and comprehensive assessments (DI-Short/Long, DIDs, CJCS briefing slides, etc.)

Shall verify data and perform quality control in accordance with DIA analytic standards

Shall analyze systems, both functional and reporting relationships, to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses

Shall provide information to support customers in developing offensive counters to foreign capabilities

Shall integrate data across the infrastructure enterprise to identify interdependencies and weaknesses

Shall analyze intelligence and write reports to inform customers of foreign capabilities and networks. Organize and display data in charts, timelines and/or graphs

Requirements:

ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required along with a CI Polygraph

Bachelor?s degree in a related field with at least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the position with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years

Must be knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction

Ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information

Demonstrable understanding of interpreting analysis to include but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications

Ability to defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments

Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web-enabled formats

Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills

Ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols

Ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information

Working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. Structured analytic techniques include, but not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil?s Advocacy, High-Impact/Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis, and Alternative Futures Analysis

Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations to include but not limited to, technical sensors/platforms and human intelligence sources

Understand of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements

Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category

Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced

Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytical perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines

Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution

Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
