Customer Service Representative
Smartex Apparel Inc. is looking for an experienced customer service rep to join our team in Orange County. We’re a company who is rapidly expanding and adding to our team.

Responsibilities:
Daily correspondence via phone and email with customers.
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Daily processing and entering of orders
Friendly and professional demeanor by phone and email
Manage any complaints customers may have
Process returns with the warehouse
Become familiar with the brand/ product knowledge
Work with operations on available inventory to fulfill immediate orders
Other duties as assigned in office
Requirements:
1 – 2 years experience working in a customer service role.
Experience in a wholesale setting preferred
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
Ability to work on your own and willing to make decisions
