RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Management and Program Analyst in Washington, DC.Key Tasks: Management and Program Analyst uses quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to improve the program administration of ODST Assemble and maintain all budget data in preparation of the preliminary and final budget and forecast Analyze and report on division spend against budget and forecast Develop monthly and quarterly reporting that clearly and concisely exhibit the current state of the ODST budget Effectively communicate financial information to staff at various levels Provide expert Excel competencies for budget and reporting needs As a Management and Program Analyst, you will manage and perform inventory audits, including reconciliations, findings, and proposed changes to current processes Maintains and updates organized and logical files on SharePoint for budget/financial documentation and assists with fulfilling data requests for PCAOB organizations outside of ODST Performs a variety of other administrative, technical, and analytical duties related to ODST Requests vendor reporting to enable ongoing tracking and evaluation of services providedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Business, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or similar role Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, budgeting, analysis and/or reporting Experience working in the information technology field Prior experience successfully harmonizing diverse and competing interests Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills Possesses strong organizational and time management skills Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple database systems, including proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office suiteKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
