- Current DCJS Armed Credentials

- Great Crowd Control and Observation Skills

- Great Customer Service Techniques

- Ability to Maintain and Emit a Physical and Mental Sharpness

- Ability to Serve and Uphold Barring Notices (No-Trespass Notices)

- Ability to execute Parking Enforcement

- Effective Communication (Oral and Written) and Interaction Skills

- Experience in “Procedural Security” (The management of property, delivery/pickup procedures, key control, securing and unsecuring property as prescribed, handling of accidents and incidents, procedures/policies

- Experience in Environmental Control Policies/Procedures (Managing unwanted behavior that detracts from the desired atmosphere such as loitering, illegally parked and/or abandoned vehicles, and unsafe sidewalks or common areas)

- Ability to execute lawful Arrests/Detainments

- Ability to communicate with Local Law Enforcement
