Emerging Talent Training Program

Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are seeking exceptional individuals to join our Emerging Talent program to grow Talent Advisors - Recruiters for our Sourceright division. As an Emerging Talent Trainee, you will be trained to become a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s key stakeholders and hiring managers with the responsibility of developing a talent strategy that best suits the client’s needs and market conditions. The training program will last 4-6 weeks. Successful completion of the paid training program will result in employment as a Talent Advisor.What you will be trained to do:Be a point of contact for client hiring managers on assigned requisitions

Promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with clients and candidates

Act as an advisor to client hiring managers

Execute sourcing methodologies to effectively develop a candidate pipeline

Proactively gather market intelligence & execute an employment branding strategy

Present a slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLA

Sell candidates on employment opportunities, extend and finalize offers

What you need to bring:High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred

0-6 months of staffing experience required

Coursework/Certification: AIRS, CDIR, Adler Group, Recruitment Juice, NextLevel Exchange, or Art of Recruiting a plus!

Intermediate level experience of Google products, G Suite or Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook

Applicant Tracking System & CRM proficiency

Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
