Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover the front desk for a Local Non-Profit healthcare organization to work under the direction of various agency managers. The ideal candidate will experience in human services with a minimum of 2 years of managing and supervising experience. Temp Receptionist/Front Desk Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the reception area
In charge of answering phone calls, taking messages, greeting visitors and staff, prepping rooms for meetings
Providing some administrative assistance to various departments
Maintain clinical records, clerical works, light data entry
Temp Receptionist/Front Desk Requirements:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of customer and administrative and supervisory experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry
