CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR (Twin Falls)

We are Clearwater Construction LLC in Twin Falls, ID. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator with experience, great work ethic and enthusiasm to join our team. We focus on Custom homes, Remodels, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, renovations, framing and build beautiful mid to high end custom cabinetry.

We are seeking out a qualified construction professional in the residential construction and remodeling industry to run construction projects efficiently and effectively to serve our customers. We need someone that wants a career in the construction industry!

Physical Requirements and Environment:

Must be able to lift up to and at times above 50 pounds and work with varying weights of wood, tile, sheet material, building materials, tools, etc. Must be able to twist, bend, reach and squat. Need manual dexterity and visual acuity. Working in a job-site environment and will be exposed to noise and dust. Must follow company safety rules and wear safety attire and work clothes at all times.

To qualify for this position you MUST:

-Have 10+ years verifiable construction/carpentry/remodel experience (Experience will be verified)

-Be able to pass a criminal background check (No Felonies, No exceptions)

-Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random UA's

-High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably some college

-Have a valid Idaho Drivers license and clean driving record

-Have own reliable transportation to and from work

-Able to show up to work on time and be able to work a full 8-10 hour shift

-Willing and able to work overtime if and when required

-Have the ability to work well with others in a small team environment

-Have the ability to work under time constraints effectively

-Be detail oriented and able to produce exceptional work

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Have an outstanding work ethic and a great attitude

-Must be able to at all times practice safety

-Must attend safety meetings

-Must follow company safety rules and wear safety attire and work clothes at all times

Skills:

-Understand sales processes and the ability to sell

-Strong understanding of the buying process from the customer point of view

-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must

-Strong computer literacy including MS Office and cloud computing is a must

Job Duties include but not limited to:

-Produce accurate proposals within 1-5 days with a less than 1% error rate

-Show up early to scheduled appointments with homeowners and accurately define all scope of work to be quoted and performed

-Accurately enter in lead information into CRM database to track lead performance and metrics

-Work with the Production crew to create Change Orders in accordance with company policies and procedures

-Research and gather all necessary information from vendors, sub-contractors and customers

-Respond to incoming leads both paid and organic
