CLEANING

Locally owned and operated for 11 years. We take care of 26 different apartment complexes. We clean vacant and sometimes occupied apartments, hallways and clubhouses. MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION you will drive to job locations and possible could ride with someone or drive yourself (mileage is not paid for BUT you can write it off at the end of the year, SELF STARTER AND DETAILED ORIENTED. START TIMES MAY CHANGE DAILY AND END TIME WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON WORKLOAD. WORK IN 3 PERSON TEAM AND AVERAGE $20 PER HOUR. THIS JOB IS A 1099 JOB WHICH MEANS YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TAXES. Pay is every two weeks. Work Monday thru Friday and some weekends!
