Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual, with strong writing skills, who is looking for a career as a paralegal. The paralegal assists attorneys in preparation and filing of immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their dreams of living and working in the United States.

Duties include:

-Communicating with and reviewing documents from clients

-Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review

-Tracking deadlines

-Learning and understanding immigration processes

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree with 3.0 GPA or higher required and a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of office experience is preferred, either during or following graduation from University

-Experience in immigration law or as a paralegal is not required. Paralegal certificate is not required.

-Professional demeanor

-Strong writing and organization skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

-Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
