VP of Mortgage Lending

As the VP of Mortgage Lending, you will direct and monitor mortgage/real estate lending operations for the entire Credit Union, ensuring the Credit Union meets established production goals and objectives with respect to mortgage lending. You will be responsible for monitoring product delivery and quality and take initiative to resolve problems. Manage mortgage/real estate lending deliverables, while coordinating, planning, directing, and controlling the mortgage lending functions within your scope of responsibility. Serve Credit Union members as a part of the management team by practicing and implementing sound management practices. Participate in activity normally associated with management: Supervision, budget development, and departmental tactical plans. Promote Credit Union products and services through various communication methods.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of seven years broad financial services industry background required with three years experience in a comparable position. Minimum three years managing small teams required.
