After a million-dollar renovation and remodel, Scalo in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill neighborhood will soon be reopening under new owners and management. We are currently interviewing line and prep cooks to join our opening crew. Experience in an upscale Italian or French restaurant preferred but not required.
