New Construction Carpenter/ Laborer (CLOUDCROFT)

Construction laborer and carpenter position, mostly in the Cloudcroft area. The job will include the use of ladders, nail guns, saws of all types and other general building tools. An ability to lift and carry heavy loads and or items (50 lbs or more) is required. Job conditions range from; outdoors in Tularosa in the summer to Cloudcroft in winter and indoors, uncooled and unheated.

Applicant must be able to work on his/her own, listen to and follow instructions as well as learn new techniques and skills on the job. Personal transportation is necessary.The typical job includes framing and drying in new construction, installing windows, metal roofs, constructing decks and installing flooring.

Work is with a small crew of experienced hands who take pride in the quality of their work. The job starts at 12/hr for laborers with general experience and $18 for carpenters, with plenty of room for growth.
