Contract Therapist (Bilingual Preferred) (Santa Fe)

1. Title of position: Bilingual Contract Therapist (with Pay Differential)

2. Qualifications for position:

a. Minimum qualifications include: Licensure as a master’s level behavioral health clinician (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT, LMHC and LMSW).

b. Preferred qualification include:

i. Training in Motivational Interviewing at an advanced level.

ii. Training is one or more Evidence Based Practice.

3. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:

a. Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups;

b. Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director;

c. Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;

d. Provide services to adolescents and adults.

e. Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;

f. Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provides follow up to referring agency as needed;

g. Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;

h. Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support;

i. Contact clients directly for the purposes of scheduling, follow up and case management;

j. Provide crisis intervention, as needed;

k. Perform other duties as assigned.

5. Salary range: $30-$40 per hour based on experience and preferred qualifications, with a $5 per hour pay differential for any session provided in Spanish.

6. Hours per week: TBD - based on need. Expected average of about 20hrs per week.
