Thomspon Roofing is looking to hire 10-20 roof sales professionals/project managers. Selling commercial and residential roofing replacements and repairs in Missouri and Florida. Experience preferred but not required. Must be comfortable with door to door and cold calling on business and residential real estate. Some leads will be provided. Company truck for the very experienced. Bring your own truck to the party, preferred.
Looking for blood hounds that are hungry and don't have to be monitored 24/7 to produce jobs. Compensation plan is in place, but is negotiable depending on your experience and results.
