Janitorial Company in need of a Full-Time Human Resources Manager with Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Onboarding/Offboarding - entry of new hires into HRIS

E-Verify

Handle all areas of compliance with regards to Personnel Records, Worker's Compensation, FMLA, OSHA etc.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Manage the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.

Steward of all company sponsored benefits - including enrollments, changes, payroll deductions, invoice reconciliation and COBRA administration.

Responds to all unemployment claims in a timely manner and when required attends all follow up litigation.

Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance of employee handbook. .

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes

Required:

Human Resources (2 years experience in a HR or Office Managerial role required)

ADP Workforce Now (Required)

Payroll experience a plus but not required

Excel (Required)

High speed internet

Cell phone
