We build and maintain custom landscapes for homeowners that have extremely high standards. We need someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. We need someone that is able to see issues and correct them before the homeowners do.

Irrigation installation, repair, and troubleshooting experience and knowledge.

We want someone that will put our client’s best interest at heart.

You must be a motivated self-starter that doesn’t need someone else to get you moving. This job will require you to think for yourself, notice things that need to be done, and just get them done.

You will need to have some people skills and a friendly personality. You will be interacting with our clients on a regular basis.

Skills

You will need experience in landscape installation, including plants, sod, mulch, and stone materials. This knowledge would give you the ability to assess situations and make decisions.

Our landscape projects are often complex. You will need to be organized to make sure that we do things right the first time.

We have implemented systems, procedures, and processes to make sure the projects run smoothly. You will need to do your part by doing the paper/computer work required so that we make sure that we don’t miss the important details that keep us communicating clearly and operating efficiently.

This job can’t be done alone. You will have a team for direction and support, both in and out of the office.

You should be a landscaper at heart: Someone who wants to be part of a team that creates incredible landscapes that you can be proud of. Someone who takes ownership of their work and will tell others, “I did that project” and be proud of it because you put your heart and soul into it.

Driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record. Reckless driving and DUI’s are a no go.
