Looking for an energetic and bright technician for both front desk and preliminary testing
-Experience is great, but we are willing to train
-General knowledge of eye anatomy
-Ability to multitask
-Computer literate
-Great communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Schedule appointments
-Answer multiple phone lines
-Quick learner
-Greet patients
-Conduct preliminary testing
-Manage patient flow
-Gathering patient medical history
-Contact lens training
-Previous experience verifying ins and billing and filing would be greatly appreciated
We are open 6 days a week so some Saturdays are required. Our hours range from 9:30 to 6:30 so candidates must be available during those times.
