LifeSquire Connect, your assistant resource, is helping a locally owned Housecleaning business add the next great person to their team!
The right person will work closely with team members to create the perfect environment for our clients to increase their time and productivity!
Regular duties will include:
Performs general house cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal, dusting, cleaning all types of rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming floors, window washing, other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on client requests. Additionally, leading projects outside of cleaning; such as, moving, organization and gardening projects
Performs client consults for services, assesses client needs effectively and provides recommendations for service
Provides an expert level understanding and in-depth knowledge of how to address a variety of cleaning and service challenges, company cleaning products, tools, and services, as well as making recommendations to improve service, documenting and communicating changes effectively, and ensure most efficient operations
Inspects work of others to ensure consistent delivery of 5-star quality service
Maintains strong relationships and communication with management, team members and clients to train, ensure retention, and engagement

In addition, qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Access to a smart phone that can reliably run apps
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel and to lift up to 30 pounds
Physical energy and stamina to clean 2-3 homes daily, move reasonably light furniture and items to clean under and behind
In exchange for these qualities, the company is happy to offer an hourly rate of $13-15/hour dependent upon experience. This position will start with 18-20 hours per week with the ability to increase hours with longevity. We are open to availability every day of the week.
