Summary: Answer high-volume calls, schedule appointments for customers, support sales team, provide customer service; knowledge of Central Oregon area a must.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Answer high-volume calls on a multiple line phone system
Schedule service and installation appointments
Ability to Manage extensive schedule that changes daily
Dispatch Service and Installation team
Daily appointment confirmation calls
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
Clerical duties to support office staff

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required with three to five years of experience with scheduling appointments and answering high-volume calls
