Construction Superintendent (Springfield, OR)

John Hyland Construction is seeking quality dependable Superintendents who have experience in Commercial Construction with 5 years minimum experience. Projects range from $50,000 - $80,000,000. Our company works on many different types of projects within Oregon ranging from Higher Education, K-12 Schools, High Rise Apartment Buildings, Student Housing, Medical, Industrial, Office, and many more types. Our average Project Managers and Superintendents have been with us for over 20 - 30 years straight.

Be effective at scheduling and multitasking.

Have a strong knowledge of reading plans and specifications.

Provide ongoing quality control and quality assurance for all construction activities.

Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project. Experience with Procore construction software is desired but not required.

Working collaboratively with clients, building consultants, architects, subcontractors, to provide the highest quality construction project for the customer.

Monitor labor hours and production reports to assure that projects are on time and on budget.
