Looking for Crew Leaders & Experienced Builders (Salem)

Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking is seeking experienced carpenters and team leaders for immediate work! Limited construction experience? Entry-Level positions with training available as well.

Crew Builders and Leaders are at the forefront of our business, building decks, fences, patio covers, and gate systems for our customers. Our Crew Builder and Leader positions are full-time and include benefits, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities.

All employees must be

· 18 years or older

· Have a satisfactory driving record.

· Construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but not necessary for a builder position.

Our Ideal Candidate is:

· Well-organized

· Effectively manages time and priorities

· Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work

· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Has an aptitude for problem-solving

All required tools and a truck will be provided.
