Commercial Construction Workers Needed- Immediate Openings (I-5 Corridor)

Corvallis based and family managed commercial construction company currently has immediate openings for hard working crew members to join our construction team. Our main focus is big box retail buildings and shopping center remodels throughout the State of Oregon with majority of our work along the I-5 corridor. Depending on your location some nights could be spent at home but you would need to plan for a decent amount of out of town work when required. We have company vehicles to get you to the job location most of the time and if not we pay for your time and vehicle usage. Additionally, meal and lodging per diem is above hourly pay.

We are looking for skilled workers that know the environment or have grown up around construction and know how to work hard. You don't have to know everything but must be eager to learn. We do all aspects of construction from demolition, structural steel erection, underground excavation, clean up, equipment operation, people management, etc.

Requirements:

Current Oregon Drivers License. No exceptions.

Hard worker who can maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

Willing to learn new skills given the range of tasks we encounter

Must be willing to wear personal protective gear at all times including hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs and fall protection as needed.

Employee would be expected to lift 50+ lbs. and work up to heights of 40'

You need to have your own tool bags with various hand tools. We furnish everything else.

These are full time positions and 40-50+ hours per week should be expected with overtime for anything over 40 hours.

Compensation is dependent on experience paid twice per month.
