This position will be a Business Representative to work directly with senior leadership as well as front line associates, and IT solutions teams that enable the business to drive efficiency and compliance. Focus will be on including more cutting edge technologies and capabilities including more technologically advanced concepts including use of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, as well as best in class industry capabilities in both technology and Health Care domain. This position will also perform some responsibilities within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as a Product Owner, or Product Analyst.Responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.

Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.

Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.

Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.

Product Analyst and/or Product Management Responsibilities

Represent the business interests in managing a long term roadmap, creating epics, features, partnering with IT to develop and deliver IT solutions.

Leads backlog grooming to decompose items.

Answers questions and clarifies requirements.

Writes acceptance criteria.

Partner in testing and accepting solutions developed by IT.

Qualifications Qualification / General

Competencies·

Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proven

ability to be an innovative problem solver.·

Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas in a

convincing and compelling manner.·

Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10 years of business analysis

experience, which should include analysis, project management, working

knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; or any

combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent

background.·

Experience in Product Development is preferred.·

Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Confluence, JIRA experience

preferred.·

Experience in IT related projects preferred.·

Experience or exposure to use of Data Science, Machine Learning,

and Artificial Intelligence capabilities preferred.·
