Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead (Garden City)

Attention, all Boise area gardeners!

Terravita Landscape and Gardening is currently seeking seasoned professionals, with extensive experience and a deep understanding of all aspects of residential gardening, to be a crew leader and join our maintenance department.

Desired skills include plant knowledge, pruning, weeding and a general understanding of flower, garden and landscape design. We are looking for a multi-tasking team leader, who will be accountable for quality service and daily reporting. Successful candidates need to excel at customer relations with a positive attitude and the ability to run and oversee multiple crews. At Terravita, we have created a friendly, non-corporate environment that believes in a work-life balance. Our hours are 7:50 am to 5 pm, and the work week averages 40 to 45 hours.
