Senior Full Stack Web Developer

This Senior Full Stack Web Developer will serve as a thought leader for departmental coding practices, building and enhancing advanced capability within the team. The Senior Developer will ideate, design and develop applications from scratch, maintain existing systems written in C# and Angular, and provide end user support, while also preparing for transition to ATG technologies (Java/REACT, Angular, and Node JS). In this role, you should be an expert in functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You will be empowered to establish rigorous coding practices to be operationalized across the team.

• Serve as a thought leader for departmental coding practices, building and nurturing advanced capability within the team
• Operationalize consistent coding practices across the department
• Run code reviews to ensure departmental consistency in coding practices
• Write clean, scalable code using the .NET platform, Entity Framework Core, and modern front-end frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally to understand business priorities to be translated into improvements of existing applications and to ideate new possibilities for M&A.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Test and deploy applications and systems to cloud and/or on-premises
• Establish rigorous documentation practices throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Be a passionate advocate for agile/scaled agile development practices
