  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Must be a highly organized, detail oriented self-starter capable of supporting a fast-paced, growing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to build and leverage relationships to support the team's efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage established objectives, with the flexibility and willingness to present change and new methods for success.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, competing tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work effectively in groups.
  • Must be proficient with Excel.
What We'd like to See:
  • Domain expertise in analytics/research, insurance, and data aggregation.
  • Client facing experience ideal.
  • Any legal experience would be a plus.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Knowledge/Willingness to learn federal and state laws which will impact data acquisition efforts and final product implementation (DPPA, FCRA, Public Records, Data Privacy).
  • Strong ability to perform deep research, this means going beyond the simple google search until relevant results are found.
  • Must be willing to support the team in all facetsno task is too small if it means the team is moving towards objectives.
  • Own data acquisition initiatives and maintain concise reporting, in order to provide timely updates as needed.
  • Efficiently deal with reacquiring latent information through consistent, but friendly, contact with data providers.
  • Provide pre and post production support for internal stakeholders including Development, Data Management and Product.
  • Highlight major data issues which present difficulties for product implementation and consistency.
  • Support in data profiling which can help tailor quality acquisition efforts. Prescribe solutions so that acquisition teammates can make best efforts in acquiring product ready data.
