Job Requirements

Current, salaried management experience is preferred

Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture

Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution

Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress

Managing Bartenders 6p-3a

Bar-Back/Cooking part time weekend nights

Floor Hosts part time weekend nights

Waitresses/Shot Girls weekend nights

All positions must be 21+ and have or able to obtain a valid Indiana Liquor License. Must pass background check, able to work sober, and be a team player.
